Orders
Orders are submitted online and become binding once you receive an email confirmation from the Company.
The Company reserves the right to refuse an order if a product is unavailable or for any other significant reason.
Prices & Payments
All prices include VAT (24%).
Payments can be made via the available options (credit/debit card, Viva Wallet, or bank transfer).
The Company does not store card details. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipments are handled by courier partners.
Estimated delivery time: 5-7 business days.
Delays may occur during peak periods or due to force majeure.
Returns & Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw within 14 days from receipt.
Returned items must be in excellent condition and accompanied by the purchase receipt.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the item is defective.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Greek Law.
